  Weather:
Seattle's weather in October is unpredictable. The average temperature in October is 53 degrees, but has also been as known to rain hard, snow (seldom) and/or warm up into the low 80s
(seldom). You can almost count on overcast days, wind and possibly even rain. But then again, it could be clear and sunny, and you'll agree, the bluest skies you'll ever see are in Seattle with extraordinary views of Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker, as well as the Cascade and Olympics mountain ranges.

Before you leave home, check the weather forecast at
http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/sew/ and enter, “Seattle, Washington” to secure the local forecast. The Summit is in the downtown waterfront area
