need to plan their air travel so that they arrive in Tromsø, Norway (TOS) by
October 21st. Please note, most airline carriers do
not fly internally within Norway.

- The Midnatsol ship will end its voyage in Bergen, Norway
– not back in Tromsø.

Opening Day Adventures in Tromsø begin at 12:00

Opening Event begins at 5:00PM at the Rica Ishavshotel and we will load the ship around 9:00PM.
This hotel has offered to store luggage for the day
if you arrive in Tromsø early.

voyage ends in Bergen on Saturday the 25th at 2:30PM.

Closing Day – Guided In-City
Cultural Adventure in Bergen begins at 2:30PM.

for delegates who participate in a post-Summit
adventure. All others receive a 50% discount on

NSB (Norwegian State Railway) is providing “the world’s best
train ride”- from Bergen to Oslo. NSB’s
seven-hour train crosses over the mountains
through an extraordinarily scenic national
park. It’s a comfortable and relaxed train
ride on modern, high standard trains
(consider Scandinavian train standard 2nd
class to be comparable with 1st class
Amtrak).

To receive the special discounted offer on regular priced fares, please send your

contain date and departure time. The tickets can be
picked up at the Bergen train station by giving the
reference number that you will receive upon confirmation

Your luggage
should include clothing that layers depending on the
weather. Bring a waterproof coat and/or umbrella and
comfortable walking shoes/boots.
We would recommend that you bring the following gear
for your comfort and enjoyment of all the adventures
