The Adventure Travel World Summit
is designed to encourage open dialogue and candid
discussions of challenging issues and visionary
opportunities. To foster an environment of candor among
Summit participants, the ATTA requires adherence to a
not-for-attribution policy before, during and after all
Summit sessions, networking gatherings and events. Media
representatives may, however, approach the source of a quote
to request permission for attribution.

RATES FOR EACH 2008 SUMMIT:
Editorial Media Representatives
(ONLY) please contact
cdoyle@adventuretravel.biz to register for the Adventure
Travel World Summit. The Registration Rate, which applies
only to credentialed editorial media sources (subject to
ATTA approval), which covers food, entertainment, sessions
and keynote presentations, is as follows with special
additions/considerations:
For Brazil:
Credentialed press registration fee is
$100 USD
For Norway:
Credentialed
press registration fee will be $500 USD – In addition to
items included above, the fee covers the on-ship (aboard
Hurtigruten’s MS Midnatsol expedition ship)
lodging/accommodations – embarking October 22, disembarking
October 25.
For both Summit
events:
Air and
accommodation discounts apply per the published rates for
all Adventure Travel World Summit – South America and
Adventure Travel World Summit – Europe delegates.
Additionally, selected pre- and post-Summit adventure
excursions will be provided at no cost – as it will be for
all Summit delegates.
